Delivery

Free Delivery — UK, USA & International

All orders ship free, wherever you're ordering from. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• United States: free delivery, 7–15 business days, fully tracked.
• United Kingdom: free delivery, 7–15 business days, fully tracked.
• International (Canada, Australia and select European destinations): free delivery, 7–15 business days, fully tracked.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Fragile Items

Marble, ceramic, and stoneware pieces are packed with double-walled cardboard and foam inserts for full protection. If your order arrives damaged, please see our returns information below.

Returns

30-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and in Studio Vela packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, lit, or washed.

How to Return

1. Email info@studiovela.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. We will reply within one working day with return instructions.
3. Return your order using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@studiovela.co.uk with a photograph within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your return being received and processed.
