Delivery

Free UK Delivery

All orders over £50 are delivered free. Orders under £50 carry a flat £6.95 delivery charge. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days via DHL Express with full tracking.

International Delivery

We deliver to the United States, Australia, and select European destinations. Delivery is free on all orders over £150. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days via DHL Express. Full tracking is provided from dispatch.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a dispatch email with your DHL tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. You can track your order in real time via the DHL website.

Fragile Items

Marble, ceramic, and stoneware pieces are packed with double-walled cardboard and foam inserts for full protection. If your order arrives damaged, please see our returns information below.

Returns

30-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and in Studio Vela packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, lit, or washed.

How to Return

1. Email hello@studiovela.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. We will send you a prepaid returns label within one working day.
3. Return your order using the label provided.
4. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@studiovela.co.uk with a photograph within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of your return being received and processed.
