Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We'll send you an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch — for example if an item becomes unexpectedly out of stock. In such cases we'll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, in which case we will contact you before processing your order.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has been dispatched.
